Ownership and disclosure

Who owns this site, and how money moves.

Ownership

VRTA is owned and operated by Njuguna Group. Njuguna Group also operates LowCost AT, which sells assistive technology and related products.

Njuguna Group also operates businesses in the disability sector other than LowCost AT. The names of those businesses will be listed here before the site goes live.

To be completed before launch: registered entity name and ABN.

What VRTA sells

Nothing. VRTA does not sell products or services, and does not take payments.

How referral links work

Some pages link to products at LowCost AT. LowCost AT handles pricing, stock, orders, delivery and support. Links are labelled as referral links and carry tracking parameters so that Njuguna Group can measure how many visitors come from VRTA. Pages that contain these links say so at the top.

What this means for editorial content

Our editorial policy applies to every page. In short, content is not changed because a product is sold at LowCost AT, and benefits are not claimed for products that have not been studied.

NDIS and funding

VRTA does not tell anyone that the NDIS will fund an item. Funding decisions are made by the NDIA under the reasonable and necessary criteria. See how NDIS assistive technology funding works.
