Bronze (6 weeks)

  • Mental Health First Aid Training for up to 6 people.
  • Mental health support service drop in of 2 hours per month.
  • Introduction to managing Mental Health in the Workplace for HR/ H&S for Managers and HR teams (1 hour with up to 10 people).

 

Silver (12 Weeks)

  • Mental Health First Aid Training for up to 8 people.
  • Mental health support service drop in of 2 hours per month.
  • 2 Hour session of H&S around Managing Mental Health in the Workplace (2 hours with up to 10 people).
  • 10 hours of bespoke Workshops.
  • 20 hours of counselling sessions.

Gold (24 Weeks)

  • Mental Health First Aid Training for up to 10 people.
  • Mental health support service drop in of 2 hours per month.
  • Full day of H&S with option to include accreditation or bespoke course and HSE action plan (for 20 people).
  • 20 hours of bespoke Workshops.
  • 30 hours of counselling sessions.
