In VR therapy, progress is measure through ongoing feedback from the client and observations made by the therapist during each session. As participants engage in specific scenarios to address their therapeutic goals – such as managing anxiety, overcoming phobias or building on emotional regulation skills – therapists assess changes in the clients’ responses, comfort level, and skill improvements over time. Regular discussions and goal setting ensure that therapy is tailored to each clients needs, allowing therapists to track and support meaningful progress throughout the program

Virtual Reality Therapy offers a unique and immersive approach to mental health and rehabilitation, with benefits that include:

  • Controlled, safe environments: VR allows participants to experience and engage with challenging situations or therapeutic exercises in a safe and controlled setting, which can be tailored to suit specific needs and comfort levels”
